Teri Ditsch joined BLUE HAWK in October 2010, bringing with her extensive experience in marketing and communications. Before joining BLUE HAWK, she served as a marketing consultant for AIP Solutions, where she specialized in credit card processing solutions for cooperatives and buying groups. Earlier in her career, Teri held director-level positions in communications and meeting planning at both AMAROK, a drywall distributor co-op, and NEMEON, a roofing and siding distributor co-op.
A skilled and strategic project manager, Teri focuses on marketing, communications, and event planning. Her leadership extends beyond the corporate sphere—she has served on numerous nonprofit boards and leadership teams. She is also an active member of the Cooperative Communicators Association, where she served on the board of directors for six years, including a term as president.
Teri’s contributions have been widely recognized. She received the 2024 Klinefelter Award, the 2022 Outstanding Leader Award, the 2007 Graznak Award, and was inducted into the Order of the Wolf in 2008 for her impactful work with the AMAROK cooperative.
Teri holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a bachelor’s degree in business with a marketing focus from Northern Arizona University. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, volunteering, and supporting animal rescue initiatives.
