Tara Spielman

Tara Spielman joined BLUE HAWK in January 2026 as an Operations Support Specialist and is based in Flagstaff, Arizona. She graduated in May 2025 from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a minor in Sustainability. In her role, Tara supports daily operations with a strong focus on data management, member support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Prior to joining BLUE HAWK, Tara developed industry knowledge by assisting with accounting services and membership data in support of Women in HVAC. She also gained hands-on experience through an internship with Northern Arizona University’s Community-University Public Inquiry (CUPI) Rural Food Systems Project, where she contributed to research and community-based initiatives. Earlier in her career, she built a strong customer service foundation working as a cashier at Ross, strengthening her communication skills and attention to detail.

With a passion for sustainability and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach, Tara brings a fresh perspective and strong work ethic to the BLUE HAWK team.
