BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The nine-person elected Board of Directors serves three-year terms with a two consecutive terms limit. The Board of Directors’ primary objective is to ensure the BLUE HAWK purchasing cooperative continues to benefit and create value for its shareholder, the Member-Owners. They also create and administer policy on behalf of the Member-Owners.
