Renata Morgan is a seasoned distribution executive and industry leader with nearly two decades of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational integration within the HVAC and industrial distribution sectors.

She currently serves as President of Rheem Northeast Distribution, where she leads strategy, operations, and performance across the business. Previously, she was Senior Manager of Business Integration at Rheem Air Distribution, guiding cross-functional integration initiatives and enterprise alignment efforts.

Prior to joining Rheem’s family of companies, Renata spent over 15 years with Century A/C Supply and Air Management Supply, holding progressive leadership roles and building scalable infrastructure to support efficient growth and operational rigor.

Renata holds a Master of Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, where she served as President of the M.I.D. Class of 2021 and was a founding member of the Graduate Engineering Student Advisory Council. An active contributor to the industry, Renata serves as an Advisory Board Member for the M.I.D. program at Texas A&M University and has held leadership roles with HARDI, including Chair of the Marketing Council and panel member for the Voice of the Contractor Survey.

Outside of work, Renata enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, throwing dance parties with her kids, working on home improvement projects, or competing with her husband in anything from golf to poker or trivia.

Renata brings to board service a strategic enterprise mindset, deep expertise, and a strong commitment to talent development and industry advancement.
