DO NOT SET PRICES WITH COMPETITORS or assist others to do so. DO NOT DISCUSS PRICES WITH A COMPETITOR, except when selling to or buying from a competitor. “Price” includes any discounts, rebates, credits, allowances, mark-ups, credit terms, freight costs as well as past present, and future prices. Do not alert competitors in advance of any price changes. DO NOT DISTRIBUTE PRICE LISTS TO COMPETITORS, except where a competitor is a genuine customer for the product concerned. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INFLUENCE IN ANY WAY the minimum price of re-supply of the product by your customers, except by using a recommended re-sale price list. This should be a recommendation only. Never discuss any areas of competitive significance (e.g., issues of price, boycotts, or market share). LEAVE CONSPICUOUSLY when such issues arise and insist that your time of departure be minuted. DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR CUSTOMER to obtain other products or services (or to refrain from acquiring other products or services) from third parties as a CONDITION of supplying products or services. DO NOT MAKE CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENTS which prevent a third party from entering into or competing in the market. DO NOT MAKE CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENTS not to supply particular customers or not to buy from particular suppliers. DO NOT AGREE WITH COMPETITORS to “carve up” customers, products, geography. DO NOT MAKE ANY CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENTS WITH COMPETITORS which may reduce competition in the market. ONLY “BUNDLE” PRODUCTS if they are all your company-owned products. Some instances of “bundling” may be anti-competitive. Individual products which are “bundled” must also be separately available. BLUE HAWK will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for BLUE HAWK use only and may appear on the BLUE HAWK Website, newsletters, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future BLUE HAWK promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the BLUE HAWK conference app. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.

BLUE HAWK strives be a 100% positive experience from beginning to end for everyone at our events. We celebrate the diversity of all BLUE HAWK attendees, guests, and staff, and will not tolerate discriminatory or inappropriate behavior by or towards anyone participating in our events. By attending BLUE HAWK events, you’re agreeing to respect and be kind to everyone present, regardless of their gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other aspect of their appearance, where they come from, or who they are. WE DO NOT TOLERATE unacceptable behavior which includes, but is not limited to: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct; inappropriate physical contact (e.g., unwelcome sexual advances, groping, sexual assault); physical, written, verbal, or other abuse, as determined by the event organizer and its representatives, in their sole discretion; failing to obey any rules or regulations of the venue and BLUE HAWK. Anyone engaging in such behavior may be asked to leave the event and may be refused entry to future events, at the sole discretion of BLUE HAWK.

Activities are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the activity will be cancelled.

Registration can be cancelled until December 1 without penalty. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if canceling between December 1 - 20. After December 20, all activity fees are non-refundable.
