Spencer began his HVAC career full time as Assistant Branch Manager in Fall 1991. He worked summers in the warehouse and on the counter, while attending college. Between 1992 and 1995, Spencer opened 3 additional branch locations for Weathertech, then was called back to HQ to run the company’s large distribution center. Through many positions at Weathertech, Spencer worked his way into the President position in 2001 and was promoted to CEO in 2014. Spencer has served on various Distributor Advisory Councils, as well as the NATE Board of Directors. Spencer has been married to his lovely bride, Barbara, for 22 years. They have 3 sons; Bennett, Drew, and Trey. The entire family loves all things Disney. In his free time, Spencer enjoys fishing and family time.
