Joe Welch

Joe Welch, Badger Metals INC, Appleton WI

Joe is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, having obtained his B.A. in 1988 and his Law Degree (Doctor of Jurisprudence) in 1991. He was in the private practice of law until he joined Badger Metals in the year 2000. Joe currently serves as President of Badger Metals and is a 3rd generation owner. Joe has been active on many non-profit boards, including the Board of Trustees of the local school system, the local Red Cross, and the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, amongst others. He has been a regular volunteer in the local school system, in his Church, and has coached youth football and soccer. Joe and his wife of 33 years, Debby, have two children – Cassie, who is a middle school science teacher, and Josh, who is Vice President at Badger Metals, inc. Joe enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and following the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.
