Never discuss any areas of competitive significance (e.g., issues of price, boycotts, or market share). LEAVE CONSPICUOUSLY when such issues arise and insist that your time of departure be minuted. DO NOT REQUIRE YOUR CUSTOMER to obtain other products or services (or to refrain from acquiring other products or services) from third parties as a CONDITION of supplying products or services. DO NOT MAKE CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENTS which prevent a third party from entering into or competing in the market. DO NOT MAKE CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENTS not to supply particular customers or not to buy from particular suppliers. DO NOT AGREE WITH COMPETITORS to “carve up” customers, products, geography. DO NOT MAKE ANY CONTRACTS OR ARRANGEMENTS WITH COMPETITORS which may reduce competition in the market. ONLY “BUNDLE” PRODUCTS if they are all your company-owned products. Some instances of “bundling” may be anti-competitive. Individual products which are “bundled” must also be separately available. BLUE HAWK will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for BLUE HAWK use only and may appear on the BLUE HAWK Website, newsletters, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future BLUE HAWK promotional material. This also includes photos uploaded using the BLUE HAWK conference app. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.

Activities are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the activity will be cancelled.
