Solution & Alliance Partner Center Information

The Solution Partner Center is SOLD OUT. If you did not sign up to attend the Annual Conference on your 2025 Marketing Fee form, you are not able to attend this year’s conference.
Each Solution Partner and Alliance Partner who signed up with their 2025 Marketing Fees will have a 6′ table and the 6′ of floor space directly behind your table to place banners, etc. Space is extremely limited this year.
- Remember this is NOT a trade show set-up, you will NOT have a 10 x 10 booth, only the 6’ table. BLUE HAWK will be providing a small table sign with your company name, however most Solution Partners also bring a roll-up event banner as well. You will have space for at least one roll-up banner, possibly two depending on their size (they can be no larger than 3’ in width). Please respect the space constraints and don’t bring larger graphics or booths that will stretch beyond the edge of you table. If you move your graphics to the center of the area away from your table, you will be asked to remove them.
The Solution Partner Center will be in the ballroom foyer. The tables will not be secure at night.

Breakdown Requirements – All tables are required to be cleared by 1:30 pm on Friday afternoon.
