Please let us know if you or your guest have any allergies or other restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate. When you're onsite at the event, for plated meals please ask your server if you asked for a a specific meal type, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. If a buffet, the foods will be labeled so you can choose accordingly.

Please enter the number of people attending the Meet & Greet (attendee & guest, if applicable). If you have more than one Guest please email tditsch@bluehawkcooperative.com. She will add them and send you an invoice for the additional Guest Fee.

Tuesday, April 30, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM: BLUE Out BASH(Required)

Every year we have hundreds of people RSVP for our Tuesday night event then don't show up. Please RSVP "0" if you do not plan to attend. If a Vendor Partner invites you to dinner during our event and you have already RSVPed to attend, please decline their invitation. No-shows cost YOUR CO-OP thousands of dollars. If you RSVP to attend and need to change your RSVP to "0" please email tditsch@bluehawkcooperative.com. Please enter the number of people attending the Meet & Greet (attendee & guest, if applicable).

Member Meeting & Face-to-Face Information

The Member Meeting and Face-to-Face are both mandatory. All Members are required to attend through the entirety of the meetings, which end at 12:30 pm on Wednesday. To avoid missing meetings, flights should not be booked prior to 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1.

Minimum Standards of Participation

Members are required to attend the Annual Conference and all appointments to avoid the Minimum Standards of Participation Meeting Fine of $5,000.

Flight Information

All attendees are required to participate in the Face-to-Face event until 12:30 pm. Please do not book flights departing before 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 1, to avoid missing appointments. Members are required to attend all appointments to avoid the Minimum Standards of Participation Meeting Fine of $5,000. Appointments will be randomly scheduled throughout the Face-to-Face event. We recognize that everyone would prefer to have all their breaks toward the end of the Wednesday session, but unfortunately, that is impossible.

Cancellation Policy

Activities can be canceled until April 8 for a refund. After April 8, we will not be able to issue a refund.
