Leadership Development Program
Calling all BLUE HAWK Member future leaders and potential mentors to help us get this new program rolling. We introduced our new NextLevel program during the Buzzworthy Workshops in Austin. Now it’s time to get the ball rolling. We are still molding this program, so now is the best time to get involved and help in the development process.
Join us Monday afternoon for our first official NextLevel Workshop. Mark Lorenzo, from Texas A&M will be holding a discussion on Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention.
The BLUE HAWK Cup
Team HAWK versus Team BLUE!
The fiercest rivalry in HVACR golf. Sign up and see which team you’ll represent at this 10th annual Ryder Cup style tournament.
The first day will consist of 18 holes on The Match course and then 9 holes on The Fazio course. Then 18 holes on The Palmer course on the second day. Each round is played with a new foursome to maximize the networking opportunities. Join us to find out if Team HAWK can take home the trophy again or if Team BLUE will unseat the reigning champions.
The BLUE HAWK Cup will take place on three amazing courses.
The Match: Say goodbye to stroke play, along with all your preconceived notions about what a round of golf is supposed to be. The intention on this course is for you and your playing partners to engage in match play. The hole’s winner gets to choose the tee location for the next hole, introducing a strategic element to the competition you won’t find anywhere else.
The Fazio: Originally designed as a tribute to five-time PGA champion Walter Hagen, The Fazio golf course pairs classic architecture with modern advances. It’s an ideal balance where single-digit golfers will be fully challenged, while those with higher handicaps are in for a great day of entertaining resort golf.
The Palmer: Named after its legendary designer Arnold Palmer, this championship golf course is one of the more forgiving at PGA National Resort. Entertaining for players of all skill levels. There are plenty of opportunities for creative shot-making, and picturesque approach shots abound. Paired with a great series of finishing holes, The Palmer golf course is all about risks/rewards and genuinely fun. Just like its namesake.

Deep Sea Fishing
An experience like this will be something you’ll remember and want to do again time after time. In the Palm Beach area, we’re only minutes from some of the best sport fishing on the east coast with a wide variety of fish which includes Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, Kingfish, Shark, Barracuda, Wahoo.
Kayaking/Paddle Boarding
Our Kayak/Paddleboard Tour of Peanut Island hits the water for an enjoyable paddle across the clear waters of the Lake Worth lagoon. While we paddle along the shoreline taking in the breathtaking mansions of Palm Beach. On the way Peanut Island keep your eye out for a variety of air and sea life. Dolphins, flying fish, manatees, sea turtles and tropical birds are just a few of the typical sightings.
Segway Tour
Roll along on your own personal Segway as you enjoy historic downtown West Palm Beach. The invigorating warm breeze will blow gently on your face as the guided tour begins by leisurely cruising along the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy views of multimillion-dollar mansions, enormous yachts, plush palm trees, museums, and occasional sea life.
Pickleball
Pickleball is the hottest new sport taking over the country. It combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. It’s played on badminton-sized court and a slightly modified tennis net with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. This event includes an hour of instruction from a certified Pickleball professional. Then enjoy an hour of point play.

Conveniently located within easy driving distances from major Florida destinations, this AAA Four Diamond resort is a 15-minute drive from Palm Beach Intl Airport *PBI*, one hour from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Intl Airport *FLL*, and 90 minutes from Miami Intl Airport *MIA*.
